Life at Seven Hills
From regular socials to a keen focus on health and wellbeing,
we make sure there is plenty to enjoy at our riverside home.
From regular socials to a keen focus on health and wellbeing,
we make sure there is plenty to enjoy at our riverside home.
We actively encourage charitable work and volunteering. From year round fundraising to support for Shelter and Cancer Research, we back good causes and offer one day per year for every member of the team to volunteer for an organisation of their choice.
We offer flexible working, a short term salary advance if needed, and we each have access to Perkbox, for discounts on everything from cinema tickets to car hire.
Throughout the year we invite great campaigners, entrepreneurs and leaders to visit and share their experiences with us. A brilliant chance to hear from inspiring people about the ideas that drive them.
Each month we recognise one person who has excelled in their work and contributed to the firm’s mission over the previous few weeks. Nominations are taken from the full team, with the winner awarded a prize worth up to £75.
We never miss an opportunity to mark a major milestone. Every birthday is celebrated with a cake and early leave, and every anniversary with champagne.
Each year we put together a vibrant calendar for the year ahead to ensure there are plenty of opportunities to come together as a team. Recent socials have included a darts night at Flight Club, our summer sports day, curry night, as well as our annual start to the year brunch, summer away-day and Christmas party.
Food is a big part of life at Seven Hills and we make sure we break bread together every Friday with delicious lunches served from local caterers. We also celebrate the team’s efforts each week with our (in)famous Friday drinks trolley, regular quizzes and of course, Sid the Frenchie!
Our Wandsworth location means we work right next to the park and the river. Perfect for a lunchtime walk! We hold a healthy breakfast once a month and encourage our team to boost their mental and physical wellbeing where they can.
@cephaswilliams' #PortraitofBlackBritain exhibition opened today at Bluewater, Kent – the largest collection of photographic portraits of Black people living in the UK, featuring 220 individuals including members of the local community.
Landsec’s involvement in this project follows a recent incident at Bluewater, where Cephas was wrongly accused of theft by House of Fraser’s security team, and demonstrates a commitment to being an active ally and making their spaces more inclusive and welcoming for everyone.
We're extremely proud to be supporting Cephas' project – find out more through the link in bio ✍️

Last Friday 1st October, the price of cocoa in the Ivory Coast dropped by 18.5%.
This devastating reduction will force millions of small-holder farmers further below the poverty line, likely leading to increased numbers of children working illegally on cocoa farms. The big chocolate companies, meanwhile, will see an increase in profits.
We’re thrilled to be supporting @tonyschocolonely_uk_ire in their campaign to make 100% slave free chocolate the norm. Tony’s are calling for all chocolate companies to match the price that they pay their cocoa farmers — the Living Income Reference Price — to enable farmers to earn a living and to drive modern slavery out of the chocolate industry once and for all.
We've enjoyed supporting @natwest with its sustainable manufacturing insights webinar series over the past 4 weeks, and the final one taking place next Tuesday (5th October)! There's still time to register for your place to hear about the opportunities for UK manufacturing with @wmgwarwick.
